Olio's Living Room
The Lighthouse is where Olio hosts its lectures, concerts and member parties. The rest of the time, it's yours. A 1,200 sq ft loft with two oversized skylights, a wood-burning stove, original fire doors, a custom bar and a rooftop. Room for 50, and it still feels like someone's very good apartment.
Birthdays, dinners, small weddings, shoots and offsites. Chris and David run the place and answer their own email.
The Space
The main room
High ceilings, natural light from above, abundant plants and a hidden reading nook. It reads as several rooms in one, so a party can spread out without anyone getting lost. Bar, kitchen, restrooms, sound system and projector are all here.
The rooftop
Included with every booking. Warm-weather parties drift up here for the views and stay.

Made for hosts who want their party to feel like a home, not a banquet hall. Kids' birthdays that won't wreck your apartment, grown-up ones that might a little, dinners around one long table, small weddings, shoots and workshops. You bring the food, drinks and people. Not a full-service venue: there's no in-house catering or staff running the night.

Good to Know
Cancellation
Full refund up to 30 days out. Half back between 30 and 7 days. Inside a week, the date is yours either way.
Setup + breakdown
Your 5-hour minimum includes setup and breakdown, so plan your arrival and wrap-up inside your booked time.
Food + drink
Bring your own caterer, cook in the kitchen, or go potluck. [YOUR ALCOHOL POLICY]
Cleaning
A professional cleaner comes after every event. Toss the trash and take your leftovers; we handle the rest.
